Do not place sensitive personal information in public listings, profiles, reviews, or messages.

Photos are stored and processed as necessary to provide the corresponding Service functionality.
You should not upload photographs containing sensitive personal information that you do not want other users to see.

If you permit notifications, Shedmo may process information necessary to send notifications to your device.
You can disable notifications through your device settings.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Shedmo.

Shedmo uses third-party infrastructure and services to operate the Service.

Our current technical implementation includes Supabase for backend infrastructure, including authentication, database functionality, storage, profiles, listings, messages, and related marketplace functionality.
Third-party providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
We will update this Privacy Policy when material changes to our third-party services materially affect how user information is processed.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Shedmo allows users to initiate account deletion from within the app.

Certain information may be removed, including applicable profile photographs, listing photographs, favorites, and other directly identifiable account information.
Some information may instead be retained or anonymized where reasonably necessary for: - Legal compliance - Fraud prevention - Security - Dispute resolution - Transaction records - Marketplace integrity - Enforcement of our Terms
Account deletion therefore does not necessarily mean that every historical record is immediately or permanently erased.
13. Age Requirement
Shedmo is intended for people 18 years of age or older.
By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
Shedmo's current implementation does not independently verify a user's age. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with this requirement.
Shedmo is not directed toward children.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in circumstances where such collection is prohibited by law, we will take appropriate steps to address the situation.
