ShedmoShedmo is intended to be a safe local marketplace. These Marketplace Rules explain items and conduct that are not permitted.
Shedmo may remove listings or restrict accounts that violate these Rules, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.
1. Illegal or Stolen Property
You may not list: - Items that are illegal to sell or possess - Stolen property - Property you do not have the right to sell - Items intended to facilitate illegal activity
2. Regulated or Restricted Goods
You may not list goods whose sale or transfer is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or by Shedmo's rules.
3. Controlled or Intoxicating Substances
Listings involving illegal drugs, controlled substances, or other prohibited intoxicating substances are not permitted.
4. Weapons and Related Restricted Items
Weapons and other restricted items that are prohibited by applicable law or Shedmo's Marketplace Rules may not be listed.
5. Counterfeit or Infringing Goods
You may not list: - Counterfeit goods - Fake branded products - Unauthorized replicas - Products that infringe another person's intellectual-property rights
6. Hazardous or Unsafe Items
Items that present an unreasonable safety hazard or whose sale is prohibited by applicable law may not be listed.
7. Recalled or Unlawfully Distributed Products
You may not list products that you know are subject to a recall or whose sale is otherwise prohibited.
8. Personal and Sensitive Information
Do not list or publicly post: - Another person's private information - Financial account information - Passwords - Authentication credentials - Government identification information - Other sensitive personal information
9. Fraudulent Listings
You may not: - Advertise an item you do not possess - Misrepresent an item's condition - Use misleading photographs - Falsify prices - Create fake listings - Attempt to collect money without intending to provide the advertised item - Manipulate users through deceptive listings
10. Stolen or Unauthorized Images
You must have the right to use photographs and other content included in your listing.
11. Harassment and Abuse
Shedmo may remove content and restrict accounts involving: - Threats - Harassment - Bullying - Hate-based abuse - Sexual harassment - Repeated unwanted contact - Intimidation - Fraudulent impersonation
12. Spam
You may not use Shedmo to send: - Spam - Repeated unsolicited messages - Mass advertisements - Automated promotional messages
13. Circumvention
You may not attempt to circumvent Shedmo's enforcement mechanisms, account restrictions, reporting systems, or other safety controls.
14. Off-Platform Transactions
Users may communicate and arrange local transactions directly.
However, moving a transaction or conversation outside Shedmo does not eliminate your responsibility to comply with these Terms and Marketplace Rules.
15. Reporting Violations
If you encounter a prohibited listing or abusive behavior, use the available reporting functionality if provided or contact:

16. Enforcement
Shedmo may remove prohibited listings and may take additional action, including restricting or terminating accounts, when reasonably necessary to protect the marketplace.
Shedmo may cooperate with lawful requests from appropriate authorities.
17. Rule Changes
Shedmo may update these Marketplace Rules as the Service develops or as legal requirements change.
